Software Maintenance Service definition

Software Maintenance Service or “Software Maintenance” refers to Profit Isle’s Software Maintenance and Support Service as described herein.
Software Maintenance Service. (“SMS”) means the services described in the AspenTech Licensee Services Guide available at: ▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇, and Updates and Releases and associated user documentation offered on a when-and-if-available basis. Software Maintenance Service means the Software updates, fixes and modifications furnished by the Company, and which may be provided independently or bundled as part of the Network Access Service and/or SaaS Service.

  • The licence granted under this Section 2 does not grant any rights to obtaining future updates, upgrades or supplements of the Software which are available to the Customer pursuant to the terms of any Software Maintenance Service procured from Alaris.

  • Software Maintenance Service shall be provided by FWI to You as part of Your Visual Communications Software Subscription License Fee and in accordance with the terms of the applicable Opportunity Documents.

  • Licensee acknowl- edges and agrees that the Software Maintenance Service for each Perpetual License will terminate automatically upon expiration of the initial Software Maintenance Ser- vice term included with the acquisition of the License.

  • Licensee acknowledges and agrees that each Short-term License and associated Software Maintenance Service will expire automatically, and the Con- tract Software will stop operating promptly after the corresponding period of the term licensed, unless Licensee renews the license.

  • The Agreement is amended by deleting Exhibit I, Software Maintenance Service Level Agreement in its entirety.

  • During this same paid Software Maintenance Service term, Licensee shall also be entitled to receive technical support for the current release.

Related to Software Maintenance Service

  • Software Maintenance means the process of modifying software after delivery to correct faults, improve performance or other attributes, or adapt to a changed environment. (Reference ISO/IEC 14764:2006, as amended or superseded.) Software maintenance does not include any customization or configuration.
