Software Maintenance Service definition

Software Maintenance Service shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.4(a).
Software Maintenance Service. (“SMS”) means the services described in the AspenTech Licensee Services Guide available at: xxxx://xxxxxxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx, and Updates and Releases and associated user documentation offered on a when-and-if-available basis.   • Hosting Services means the provision, administration, and maintenance of servers and related equipment, the provision of bandwidth at the hosting facility, and the operation of the Application for access by Customer Users to be provided by the relevant hosting service provider.

  • Maintenance Schedule means a document which describes the specific scheduled maintenance tasks and their frequency of completion necessary for the safe operation of those aircraft to which it applies;

  • Software Update means a package used to upgrade software to a new version including a change of the configuration parameters.
