Software License Certificate means the electronic or physical Proof of Entitlement Certificate document that is delivered by COREL to You evidencing the quantity, type, and term of Software Licenses purchased by You under the Programme and references these Terms and Conditions.

Software License Certificate means a certificate, in physical or electronic format, delivered separately to “Licensee” or if necessary attached in an Appendix 1 hereto. This “Software License Certificate” also contains the “Software License Key”, needed to activate the “Licensed Software”.
