  • In consideration of the Client paying the ELASTICINE Software Licence Fee and subject to clauses 6.5 to 6.10, and clauses 7.1 and 7.2 below, Elasticine grants the Client a non- exclusive licence to use the ELASTICINE Software for the duration of this Agreement.
