If the Company does not receive the Software Licence Fee for the applicable Renewal Licence Period by the date of expiry of the Initial Licence Period or then current Renewal Licence Period (as applicable), the Company reserves the right, at its discretion, to terminate the licence granted under this Condition 24(a).Upon termination of the licence granted under this Condition24(a), the Company shall have the right, at its sole discretion, to deactivate the Purchaser’s access to and use of the Software.
The maximum Service Credit allowable in a given month is limited to an amount equal to the total Monthly Hosting Fee and Monthly Software Licence Fee owed by the Customer for that month.

If you fail to pay any Software Licence Fee in accordance with this clause, XchangeIT may immediately terminate this Agreement by providing written notice to you.
We will invoice You for the Software Licence Fee in accordance with Your licence type (Standard or Enterprise).
