Software Key definition

Software Key means a code or key that is supplied by HGST allowing for the use of Commercial Software, which may provide capacity, device or other usage restraints consistent with the applicable order. For the avoidance of doubt, the term “Software” includes the applicable “Software Key”.
Software Key means that certain unique number assigned by Vendor to each User for purposes of activating the Software.
Software Key means a software license key issued by or on behalf of Mersive that enables operation of the Software. 1.10“Software Upgrade” means a new version of the Software incorporating new features and enhancements. 1.11“Software Update” means a revision to the Software to provide bug fixes, corrections and minor enhancements. 1.12“Source Code” means the human readable version of a software program that can be compiled into Object Code.

  • You agree to reasonably communicate the terms and conditions of this Software License Agreement to those persons employed by you who come into contact with the Software, and to use reasonable best efforts to ensure their compliance with such terms and conditions, including, without limitation, not knowingly permitting such persons to use any portion of the program for the purpose of deriving the source code of the Program or defeating the Software Key (Registration Code).

  • KNIME shall provide Customer with a Software Key to allow Customer access to the applicable Software after Customer’s payment in full of the Fees shown on the KNIME Invoice.

  • If Key Metric Software discontinues any version of the Software, Key Metric Software reserves the right to limit or cease product support and updates for such discontinued version.

  • HGST may provide Licensee with a Software Key to unlock the Software or certain Software Features agreed to by the Parties as part of the Agreement.

  • The parties agree the following Key Performance Indicators for the Software:- Key Performance Indicators Service Levels Target Score Clear communication & response to queries Timely, transparent communication with response to any queries within 4 Hours of receipt (during normal office hours) 99% Service Availability 24 hours, 7 days a week, 365 days per year.

  • Any contractual limitations on the scope of Licensee’s license to Software shall apply regardless of whether a Software Key enforces such limitations.

  • Licensee will use the Software Key to activate the Morae Manager component of the Software, either by communicating the Software Key to an activation server through the Internet, or by contacting an Associate via telephone and providing the Software Key.

  • Licensee shall be responsible for the confidentiality and maintenance of the Software Key.

  • Upon delivery of a Software Key, the Software will be deemed accepted.

Related to Software Key

Software Errors do not include those errors caused by (a) Licensee’s negligence, (b) any unauthorized modification or alteration Licensee makes to the Software, (c) data that does not conform to Licensor’s specified data format, (d) operator error, or (e) use not conforming to the Licensor’s supported technical environment specified in the Documentation.

  • Oracle Software means any software agent, application or tool that Oracle makes available to You for download specifically for purposes of facilitating Your access to, operation of, and/or use with, the Services.

  • Supplier Software means software which is proprietary to the Supplier and software which is or will be used by the Supplier for the purposes of providing the Placement Services;

  • SAP Software means: (i) any and all software products and Cloud Services licensed to Customer under the License Agreement as specified in software order forms or Cloud Service Order Forms (or other order forms, schedules or appendices as applicable) thereto; (ii) any new releases, updates or versions thereof made available through unrestricted shipment pursuant to the respective support agreement or warranty obligation and (iii) any complete or partial copies of any of the foregoing.

  • Software Updates means the Software releases, service packs, build updates or emergency fixes released from time to time in accordance with the Vocera’s update policy for such Software.
