Software Items definition

Software Items means either the Software or the Client-Modified Software, or both, as the case may be, and
Software Items means either the Software or the Client-Modified Software, or both, as the case may be, and (iii) “Use” means the use of the applicable Software Items in connection with the applicable Products, including, without limitation, installing, embedding, or otherwise incorporating the applicable Software Items within the applicable Products (“Use” will be broadly construed to benefit the Client so long as the “Use” employed by Client is in connection with a Microchip Device). If a License Agreement is not included within the Software, you hereby authorize Microchip, at its option, to pass through the Software License Grant to the Client. In any event, whether or not Microchip expressly passes through the Software License Grant to the Client, you hereby allow the Client the benefit of the Software License Grant.
