Software Integration means a unique product offering which combines the Software with an additional product, service or plugin.

  • Upon receipt of a Validated CCM Consent after the CCM Software Integration Date for an Eligible Patient, Persivia will commence providing CCM Services to such Eligible Patient.

  • Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, AT&T will pay to UPI the sum of [*********************************************] as an initial license fee for the license rights in the UPI Software and Application Server Software granted to AT&T and its Affiliates under Section 2 and as full compensation for performance of the Software Integration Services.

  • Software Intellectual Property means:
