Software Industry means the industry code 6050 as set forth in Exhibit N, as determined, in the reasonable discretion of the Collateral Manager, as of the date of determination.

  • Software Program means the software program used by a Fund for providing Fund and account balance information including net asset value per share. Such Program may include the Lion System.
