Software Industry means the industry code 6050 as set forth in Exhibit N, as determined, in the reasonable discretion of the Collateral Manager, as of the date of determination.

  • Software Program means the software program used by a Fund for providing Fund and account balance information including net asset value per share. Such Program may include the Lion System. In situations where the Lion System or any other Software Program used by a Fund is not available, such information may be provided by telephone.   • Broadband Services means Verizon's Fios or DSL-based Internet services (whichever applies). Verizon's DSL-based Internet service is also known as "High Speed Internet" ("HSI").
