Software Identifiers definition

Software Identifiers means any and all names, logos, graphics, and other identifiers under which the Software has been fielded for general public access on UW equipment, or are employed by the Software to distinctively identify services performed by the Software, but excluding any personal names or marks and identifiers specific to the University of Washington (such as "University of Washington", "UW", the UW seal, UW department and research project names).

  • Company grants to UW and UW accepts a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Software Identifiers in conjunction with the rights reserved by UW in 3.1 above and elsewhere in this Agreement.
