Software Development Costs definition

Software Development Costs means, with respect to any Person for any period, costs incurred to produce the finished product of licensed software programs after technological feasibility has been established and after all research and development activities for any other components of the product or process have been completed.

Software Development Costs means the costs of software development arising from the development of software programs by Holdings and its Subsidiaries in the ordinary course of business and which are capitalized on the financial statements and books and records of the Person incurring such costs.

  • Software Development Costs -- The Company capitalizes eligible computer software development costs, which include software enhancement costs, upon the establishment of technological feasibility, which occurs upon the completion of a working model.

  • Software Development Costs in any twelve (12) month period shall be deemed to use first, the amount permitted for such twelve (12) month period without giving effect to any carryover amount and, second, any amount permitted to be carried forward to such twelve (12) month period.
