Software Development Cost definition

Software Development Cost means the fees (in Indian Rupees) charged by Vendor for designing, developing, supplying, testing, installation, commissioning, configuration (with other existing systems at the Toll Plaza), System Integration, operating and maintaining the IT System in accordance with this RFP Document. The cost shall be inclusive of all taxes, levies, duties, incidental charges, etc., except GST that shall be handled as per terms specified in the RFP. The Software Development Cost shall include the cost of replication of PTMS Software to additional Project Offices.
Software Development Cost means the sum of US$275,000 which will cover the costs of developing the Application Software in accordance with the Functional Specifications Document and also give the Customer 1000 pre-paid run-time licenses for the Application Software.

Examples of Software Development Cost in a sentence

  • The Software Development Cost Differential (if any) shall be payable in a lump sum in cash when the total Licensing Fees paid to Purchaser minus the Licensing Fee Payments made to Seller equals the difference between $500,000 and the Total Software Development Cost.

  • Payment of the Software Development Cost Differential (if any) shall be accompanied by a statement setting forth in reasonable detail the Total Software Development Costs incurred by Purchaser, certified by the Chief Financial Officer of the Purchaser.

  • Until twelve months after the payment of the Software Development Cost Differential (if any), Purchaser shall keep complete and accurate records of its Total Software Development Costs reasonably necessary for the calculation of the Software Development Cost Differential.
