SOFTWARE AUTHOR definition

SOFTWARE AUTHOR means all authors of the Product or any other person or entity who or which participated in the development of the Product or any portion thereof or performed any creative work related to the Product;
SOFTWARE AUTHOR means a Person who has authored, designed or invented, or any other Person or entity who participated in the development of the Software or any portion thereof, or performed any design, or other development work related to the Software.
SOFTWARE AUTHOR means a Person who has authored or participated in the development of the Software or any portion thereof.

  • THIRD-PARTY SOFTWARE, THIRD-PARTY CODE OR THIRD-PARTY FIRMWARE SOLD, LICENSED OR FURNISHED BY SONIFI IS PROVIDED “AS IS” EXCEPT FOR ANY WARRANTY DIRECTLY PROVIDED TO COMPANY BY A THIRD-PARTY SOFTWARE AUTHOR, DEVELOPER OR PUBLISHER.

  • Developed Software means software specifically designed for the Principal under the Contract. Depending how advanced its development is, it may be either a Product or a Service or both.

  • Licensed Software includes error corrections, upgrades, enhancements or new releases, and any deliverables due under a maintenance or service contract (e.g., patches, fixes, PTFs, programs, code or data conversion, or custom programming).

  • Owned Software means all computer, software or firmware programs, modules or libraries owned or purported to be owned by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.

Font Software shall include all Subsets and bitmap representations of typeface and typographic designs and ornaments created by or derived from the Font Software. Font Software includes upgrades or updates (each of which may be provided to you by Monotype in its sole discretion), related files, permitted modifications, permitted copies, and related documentation.
