SOFTPRO SOFTWARE definition
SOFTPRO SOFTWARE means the object code and/or Source Code of any program or part of a program as described in Exhibit A licensed hereunder to Client. SoftPro Software includes all Base Modifications, all Modifications authored by or for SoftPro, and all Releases issued during the term of Maintenance under this Agreement.
