Soft Trigger Breach Event definition
Soft Trigger Breach Event means, on any Calculation Date, the EUR Senior Outstanding Principal Amount is greater than the product of (i) the EUR Collateral Portfolio Amount multiplied by (ii) a percentage equal to 1 minus the Senior Attachment Point.
