Soft FM Services definition
Soft FM Services means [the soft facilities management services listed in Part II of Schedule 10A of this Lease] [the Part A Services [and] the Part B Services [and the Part C Services]44;
Soft FM Services means services provided in relation to a Relevant Facility which becomes an Approved Project in respect of cleaning, caretaking, security, grounds maintenance and similar services;

In relation to Soft FM Services, the Local Authority shall determine whether it wishes to provide all or part of any such services itself.
There will need to be as much certainty as possible about what requirements the Local Authority may have in this context, for example, in relation to the requirement (or otherwise) for Soft FM Services for D&B Schools.
