Sofort means an online transfer for which the Contract Partner’s Customer enters the data necessary for the transfer (in particular account details and their online banking authentication data) and thus initiates a transfer from their current account. Subsequently, the Contract Partner’s customer is guided to an internet site of Sofort GmbH (part of Klarna Group). This site provides the Contract Partner’s customer with a transfer form which the customer uses to make a transfer in favour of the PAYONE account by entering their personal online banking authentication data. PAYONE transmits an electronic payment confirmation to the Contract Partner stating each of the “Sofort” transactions which have been performed.
