SOFA Period definition
SOFA Period means each period of one hundred twenty (120) consecutive days which is elected in writing by the Borrower Representative to the Administrative Agent; provided that, (a) there shall be no more than one SOFA Period commenced in any calendar year, and (b) there must be at least 60 days between end of each SOFA Period and the beginning of the succeeding SOFA Period.
SOFA Period means a period from and including May 1, 2005 to and excluding July 31, 2005.”
SOFA Period has the meaning assigned to such term in the definition of Borrowing Base.
