The Developer may not use, reproduce, sublicense, distribute to any third party or dispose of the Sof tware, in whole or in part, other than as permitted under this Agreement.
Yo u may not lease, sell, sublicense, transfer or assign this Agreement or any of t he rights or obligations created hereunder, nor authorize any portion of the Sof tware to be copied onto another individual's computer, without the express prior written consent of GraphOn.
