Socium will notify the Client of any reasonable adjustments required in respect of any Personnel utilised in the delivery of any Services at the Client’s premises whether in respect of access to the Client’s premises and or with respect to the provision of Services at the premises.
In respect of Socium, it shall ensure that all Personal Data belonging to the Client is erased from its systems.
Should the Client request in writing that Socium remove any Personnel from the Works for reasons other than for Personnel Default, Socium shall not unreasonably withhold its consent to such request but provided always the Client agrees to make payment of any additional cost and expense incurred by Socium in replacing such Personnel.
Without prejudice to the above, Socium will use reasonable endeavours to comply with any timescales required by the Client but shall not be liable for any failure to meet such timescales.
In the event that the requests, acts or omissions specified in the Warning Notice are remedied by the Client prior to Socium giving Final Notice, Socium’s entitlement to give Final Notice shall cease.
The Client shall ensure all requests or concerns in respect of the Works or any Schedule are made to the Project Manager of Socium.
Socium may suspend part or all of the Works until payment has been made in full.
Consequently, Socium will not be liable for any claim brought by a Data Subject arising from any action or omission by Socium, to the extent that such action or omission resulted directly from the Client's instructions.
The Works will be delivered from the premises of Socium unless otherwise agreed in any Schedule.
Upon request, Socium shall provide copies of receipts supporting such expenses.
