Society Property means all property owned by the Society, including all property owned by the Society that is used by the Society to deliver the Services. Society Property excludes HRM Property;

Examples of Society Property in a sentence

  • In addition to Basic Rent and any applicable Additional Rent, in any year that City Council grants a permissive tax exemption for at least 50% of the value of the entire Remainder Society Property, the Tenant will pay to the Society in advance in lawful money of Canada as a donation, the annual sum of One Thousand ($1,000.00) Dollars (the “Annual Donation”)on the Commencement Date and on each anniversary of the Commencement Date thereafter during the Term.

  • The Contractor agrees to turn over to the Society all Society Property in its possession or under its control immediately at the Society’s request or, in the absence of a request, upon the termination of this Agreement.

  • The Shared Premises may be utilized for archival work and for the display of records and artifacts and such other Society Property.
