  • By using the Services, you agree that Social Stack Pro may transfer your Content to and from the applicable Third Party services.

  • Regardless of the outcome of the arbitration, you and Social Stack Pro will each pay your own attorneys’ fees and costs unless an award of attorneys’ fees is available under applicable statute.

  • This means that you cannot participate in any sort of representative proceeding against Social Stack Pro, including as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class action.
