SOCBs definition
SOCBs means state-owned commercial banks, namely Bank of Investment and Development of Vietnam, Bank for Foreign Trade of Vietnam, Industrial and Commercial Bank of Vietnam, Vietnam Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development, and Mekong Housing Bank; and “SOCB” means any of the state-owned commercial banks.
