SOC Reports definition

SOC Reports has the meaning given in Section 7.4 (Compliance Certifications and SOC Reports).
SOC Reports has the meaning given in Section 18.3(a) of the Agreement.
SOC Reports mean Service Organization Control 1 and 2 Reports. “Services” means all of the labor, supervision, administration and other services identified in the Scope of Work and required to complete the Work set forth in the Purchase Order for Consulting and/or Professional Services. “Site” means Buyer’s facilities or such other premises (including premises owned or controlled by a third party) where the Work is to be performed and for which the Work is intended. “Special Terms and Conditions” means terms and conditions not contained in these Terms and Conditions but made a part of a Purchase Order by attachment to or reference therein. “Specification” means a highly detailed technical description of the Materials or Services to be provided by Contractor that includes the final characteristics, dimensions, tolerances, performance requirements, and certification and testing requirements, and references codes, drawings, procedures, documents, other particulars for the Work as applicable, which will be set forth in the Purchase Order or referenced and attached thereto as a Contract Document. “Staff Augmentation” means Work performed by Contractor Personnel who are employed and paid by the Contractor or a Subcontractor where ▇▇▇▇▇ may direct the Contractor Personnel’s work and the methods for completing the Work. “State-Regulated Information” is a category of Confidential Information and means information that is not generally available to the public that is related to either (1) Buyer’s or its Affiliates’ customers or (2) transmission and distribution systems, as further defined in various state Laws. “Subcontract” means the contract(s) between the Contractor and Subcontractor relating to Subcontractor’s performance of the Work.   • Google will contribute to such audits as described in Section 7.4 (Compliance Certifications and SOC Reports) and this Section 7.5 (Reviews and Audits of Compliance).
