SOC 2 Report definition

SOC 2 Report means a confidential Service Organization Control (SOC) 2 Report (or a comparable report) on 4me’s systems examining logical security controls, physical security controls, and privacy controls, as produced by 4me’s third-party auditor in relation to the audited Services.
SOC 2 Report means a confidential Service Organization Control (SOC) 2 Report (or a comparable report) on Google’s systems examining logical security controls, physical security controls, and system availability, as produced by Google’s Third Party Auditor in relation to the Audited Services.
SOC 2 Report means a confidential Service Organization Control (SOC) 2 report on Algolia’s systems examining logical security controls, physical security controls, and system availability, as produced by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’s independent third-party auditor in relation to the Services.

  • In the event that Trust Company does not deliver a SOC 1 Report or SOC 2 Report, as applicable, Client shall be entitled to terminate this Agreement.

  • Client may also review the SOC 2 Report or another audit of Provider's systems by and independent third party ("Third Party Audit") if such a report is available.

  • Prior to initiating any such SOC 2 Report, Successful Respondent shall confer with DIR as to the scope and timing of each SOC 2 Report and shall accommodate DIR's requested modifications (if any) for each such SOC 2 Report to the extent reasonably practicable.

  • The Successful Respondent acknowledges that each such SOC 2 Report shall cover Successful Respondent's policies, procedures, controls and systems for twelve (12) months of Successful Respondent's performance of the Services, in accordance with the State fiscal year (and each successive twelve (12) month period thereafter), and in particular those policies, procedures, controls and systems applicable to an audit of Successful Respondent's customers.

  • To demonstrate compliance with the Security Measures, Algolia will make available for review by Subscriber Algolia’s most recent (i) SOC 2 Report and (ii) SOC 3 Report as described below.

SOC 2 Report means a confidential Service Organisation Control (SOC) 2 Report (or a comparable report) on IRIS Connect’s systems examining logical security controls, physical security controls, and system availability, as produced by IRIS Connect’s Third Party Auditor in relation to the Audited Services. “Subprocessors” means third parties authorised under this Agreement to have logical access to and process Customer Data in order to provide parts of the Services and related technical support.

Terms Effective Date means the date on which Customer accepted or the parties otherwise agreed to these Terms.
