SOC 1 Report definition

SOC 1 Report means report(s) issued as a result of an audit of Internal Controls over Financial Reporting performed under the Statement on Standards for Attestation Engagements (SSAE) 16 or similar international standard.

  • In the event that Trust Company does not deliver a SOC 1 Report or SOC 2 Report, as applicable, Client shall be entitled to terminate this Agreement.

  • Each bridge letter shall state that, during the applicable bridge period, to the Administrator’s knowledge after due inquiry, except as may be identified in such bridge letter, there have not been any significant changes in the Administrator’s internal controls from those represented in the previous SOC 1 Report that could materially and adversely affect the conclusions reached in such report.

  • The Custodian’s SOC 1 Reports must include, without limitation, the Information Technology General Controls SOC 1 Report (or such other equivalent or successor report that is consistent with industry standards).

  • Each bridge letter shall state that, during the applicable bridge period, to the Custodian’s knowledge after due inquiry, except as may be identified in such bridge letter, there have not been any significant changes in the Custodian’s internal controls from those represented in the previous SOC 1 Report that could materially and adversely affect the conclusions reached in such report.

  • Upon request, Vendor shall supply Company with a copy of its most recent internal or third-party audits and/or certifications pertaining to security, availability, processing integrity, confidentiality and privacy, including but not limited to certificates issued for the ISO 27000 series, the System and Organization Controls (SOC) 1 Report and the System and Organization Controls (SOC) 2 Type 2 Report.

Related to SOC 1 Report

  • GLJ Report means the independent engineering reserves evaluation of certain oil, NGL and natural gas interests of the Company prepared by GLJ dated February 8, 2016 and effective December 31, 2015;

  • MI Report means a report containing Management Information submitted to the Authority in accordance with Framework Schedule 9 (Management Information);

  • ESDM Report means the Emission Summary and Dispersion Modelling Report prepared in accordance with the Procedure Document by Canadian ORTECH Environmental Inc. and dated March 26, 2004 submitted in support of the application, and includes any amendments to the ESDM Report listed in Schedule A, and all up-dated ESDM Reports prepared as required by the Documentation Requirements conditions of this Certificate.

  • Pick Up Report means the report detailing the number of sleeping rooms per day actually used out of the Program’s room block.

  • Assessment Report : means the assessment report referred to in Articles 32(2) and 33(3) of Regulation (EC) No 834/2007 drawn up by an independent third party fulfilling the requirements of ISO Standard 17011 or by a relevant competent authority, which includes information on document reviews, including the descriptions referred to in Articles 4(3)(b) and 11(3)(b) of this Regulation, on office audits, including critical locations and on risk-oriented witness audits conducted in representative third countries.
