Sobriety definition

Sobriety means abstinence from alcohol, and from drugs or substances that may impair ability to practice, except pursuant to the directions of a treating physician who has knowledge of the patient's history and of the disease of addiction, or pursuant to the direction of a physician in a medical emergency.
Sobriety. ' shall mean an individual's state of being when not under the influence of alcohol.

  • I agree to comply with each of the conditions of my participation in the 24/7 Sobriety Program.

  • For any in-car camera or video system purchased under this contract, it is required that the operator of that equipment has successfully completed Standardized Field Sobriety Testing training (SFST).
