SOB Authorities definition

SOB Authorities means those federal state, local or other governmental, regulatory and administrative authorities, agencies, boards and officials responsible for of involved in the regulation of sexually oriented businesses or similar activities, and (iv) “SOB Laws” means all Laws governing or relating to sexually oriented businesses or similar activities.

  • Local authorities means every county, municipal, and other local board or body having authority to adopt police regulations under the constitution and laws of this state.
