Soak Test(s) definition
Soak Test(s) means those tests which are conducted in a field environment in the Sprint network using actual Equipment and/or Licensed Software that is intended to be deployed by Sprint. Such tests will be conducted according to Exhibit B and will comprise the configuration as determined by Sprint and as such is available from Supplier at that time in order to determine the ability of the Deliverables to meet the Technical Requirements in live traffic circumstances.
