Soak Period definition

Soak Period means, initial testing of site based on 7 days, testing includes: Communication Link, Alarm Activations, Quality of monitoring capability and voice over as set out in an Order
Soak Period means, with respect to a Phase, in the implementation of the Cellular Network, ninety (90) days of continuous operation of the Cellular System or Products of such Phase without a Critical Fault. The Soak Period shall commence upon Ready for In-Service.

Examples of Soak Period in a sentence

  • The Supplier shall not be entitled to any additional consideration with respect to such extended Soak Period.

  • During the entire Soak Period, the System is required to meet all System Requirements and to comply with the Supplier's Proposal and the Technical Specifications.

  • As part of the Acceptance Test Procedures for the First Market Deliverables, TELIGENT may subject such Deliverables to a sixty-day First Market Soak Period, which period may include commercial service to TELIGENT customers.

  • As of the commencement of the Soak Period of the Basic AFTN Stage, the Supplier shall be required to provide Maintenance Services, as specified in section 18.8 below.

  • The Acceptance Tests shall include a soak period of not less than thirty (30) days during which the System will be tested while operating in full capacities in order to test that the System is ready for service (the "Soak Test" and "Soak Period", respectively).

  • As part of the Acceptance Test Procedures for any Extension Deliverables, TELIGENT may subject such Extension Deliverables to a thirty-day Extension Deliverables Soak Period, which period may include commercial service to TELIGENT customers, without making payment to ▇▇▇▇▇▇ for the applicable payment milestone as set forth in Article 10.

  • The Soak Period for Stage A, as specified in section 15.2 below shall commence at the end of this Interim Period.

  • The Contractor shall not be entitled to any additional consideration with respect to such extended Soak Period.
