SNOW BLOWING definition
SNOW BLOWING means the removal of windrows from City roads, parking lots, lanes and sidewalks by using the snow blower to blow the windrows off to the side of the roadway, parking lot, lane, and sidewalks or into trucks. (All reference to snow blowing have been removed from this document)
