SNIP definition

SNIP means Sistema Nacional de Inversión Pública, the Borrower’s national system of public investment created and operating under the Borrower’s Law No. 27293, dated June 28, 2000 and establishing principles, processes, methodologies and technical guidelines for every phase of public investment in the Borrower’s territory.
