SNDE definition

SNDE means the Société Nationale de Distribution d’Eau, a legal entity responsible for urban water supply distribution, established pursuant to the Recipient’s Law No. 05/67 dated June 15, 1967 and Decree No. 84/401 dated April 23, 1984 approving and annexing the statutes of SNDE, and operating under the laws of the Recipient.
SNDE means the Borrower’s Societe Nationale de Distribution d’Eau;
SNDE means Societe Nationale de Distribution d’Eau, the Borrower’s water supply company;

  • Panchayat means an institution (by whatever name called) of self-government constituted under article 243B, for the rural areas;

  • €STRi means the €STR reference rate for:

  • abattoir means a building used for the slaughtering of animals with a production of 50 or more units of poultry per day or 6 or more units of red meat and game per day;

  • LHIN Cluster has the meaning ascribed to it in the Accountability Agreement and is a grouping of LHINs for the purpose of advancing Digital Health initiatives through regional coordination aligned with the MOHLTC’s provincial priorities.

  • LA means the Local Authority in the area in which the Academy is situated;
