SNAC means the Company’s proprietary Eligen® technology carrier as set forth on Exhibit A.

  • In the event of a Supplier canceling, SNAC International (SNAC) shall have the right to use said space to suit its own convenience, including selling the space to another Supplier, without any rebate or allowance to the canceling Supplier.

  • If You have licensed SNAC as part of the Symantec Protection Suite Enterprise Edition for Gateway, You may only use the Gateway Enforcement and on-demand client functionalities of SNAC, and You may not use any other features of SNAC.

  • SNAC Covered Services are supplemental to the product marketed and sold by AGI and AGI understands and agrees that that it may not state through any means nor manner (directly or indirectly) that the primary Member benefit under any AGI Program is provided by SNAC, nor that AGI relies on any SNAC motor club certificate of authority, product filing, license, permit or other governmental approval granted to SNAC without SNAC’s written consent.

  • If SNAC reasonably determines that all or part of AGI’s dispute is justified, SNAC shall appropriately adjust the invoice and AGI will pay any remaining balance due.
