SMUA means: support maintenance and upgrade assurance, which is the support services as specified by this agreement and as are purchase by VAR as well as updates and upgrades to Products “VAR” means: VAR manufactures, integrates and or distributes computer and imaging systems, and wishes to purchase Simple Capture for resale as a box product or incorporation into its systems for resale.

Examples of SMUA in a sentence

  • Any Software Updates or other supplemental software code provided to End User as a result of the SMUA shall be considered part of the Software and will be subject of the terms and conditions of the applicable ▇▇▇▇ and this Agreement.

  • Provided that (1) End User is not in breach of this Agreement and (2) the End User for whom SMUA services are requested is current on payments for SMUA with respect to the Software for which support is requested, KDDIA and/or ABBYY will provide SMUA services directly to End User for the current version of the Software and one version back.
