SMS Services definition

SMS Services means the mobile telephone messaging services offered by the Bank from time to time which are the subject of these Terms and Conditions and include, without limitation, those services listed in Schedule 3.

Examples of SMS Services in a sentence

  • Some destination countries of the SMS Services have compliance restrictions, policies or applicable country SMS regulations related to the type of Content sent via a route or provider and while some countries require content whitelisting.

  • Citipost may amend the limits concerning the use of the SMS Services at its reasonable discretion.

  • Only TeleSign approved SMS Content shall be allowed to be sent as part of SMS Services.

  • Once the SMS Order has been submitted by the Customer via the Portal, the SMS Order constitutes an offer by the Customer to purchase SMS Services in accordance with these SMS Conditions.

  • Where any taxable supply for VAT purposes is made under the Contract by Citipost to the Customer, the Customer shall, on receipt of a valid VAT invoice from Citipost, pay to Citipost such additional amounts in respect of VAT as are chargeable on the supply of the SMS Services at the same time as payment is due for the supply of the SMS Services.

  • Customer agrees that the SMS Services provided under this Agreement will be used for their own activities and shall make sure that the C-DAC SMS Services are not misused and shall not be extended to any third party.

  • Therefore, the provision for the charges in this Section 8 in the event of disconnection of SMS Service(s) are intended to establish reasonable and anticipated charges and expenses (liquidated damages) that will be incurred by Mosaic and payable by Customer, and are not intended as a penalty.

  • Customer may resell the SMS Service(s) to its own customers or end-users.
