Any and all financial assurances for reclamation required from Clorox or any Clorox Subsidiary under California SMRA shall have been released by the lead agency under California SMRA, and replacement financial assurances for reclamation that meet the requirements of California SMRA shall have been provided to said lead agency by Buyer.
