Smooth Transfer definition

Smooth Transfer means the transfer of the responsibility for the provision of the Services to or from the Contractor from the Commencement of Service Date or on the expiry or termination of this Agreement with the minimum of disruption and so as to prevent or mitigate any inconvenience to Customers or any interruption or disruption to any Service elements.
