SMMC refers to the Florida Statewide Medicaid Managed Care for both components (LTC and MMA). When the Managed Care Plan has entered into an agreement with AHCA (the “Medicaid Contract”) to arrange for the provision of health care services to Members eligible for the Medicaid Program and enrolled in a Medicaid Benefit Plan offered by the Managed Care Plan (the “Medicaid Benefit Plan”).
