SMFI will make every reasonable effort to prevent the issuance, with respect to any Fund, of any such stop order, cease and desist order or similar order and, if any such order is issued, to obtain the lifting thereof at the earliest possible time.
Upon such amendment to Schedule A, any applicable reference to a Fund, SMFI, or its Shares herein shall include a reference to any such additional Fund.
SMFI will notify LIFE COMPANY immediately upon having a reasonable basis for believing that a Fund has ceased to so qualify or that it might not so qualify in the future.

Any such withdrawal must take place within six (6) months after SMFI gives notice to LIFE COMPANY that this provision is being implemented, and until such withdrawal SMFI shall continue to accept and implement orders by LIFE COMPANY for the purchase and redemption of Shares of SMFI.
