SMCR means the Senior Managers and Certification Regime;
SMCR means the Senior Management and Certification Regime;

  • In the event that there is any conflict between the terms of the main body of this Agreement and any SMCR Schedule the terms of the SMCR Schedule shall take precedence.

  • Pursuant to reference (b), PLC members who enroll in the MCTAP will receive a Pay Entry Base Date (PEBD) that corresponds to the date of commissioning, with adjustments for periods of active duty for training, unless the PLC member is also a member of the Selected Marine Corps Reserve (SMCR).

  • Consequently, if You process such sensitive personal data in any of our products other than the SM&CR product You do so at Your own risk and You are responsible for ensuring the necessary additional protections are in place in respect of such personal data and in this case we shall have no liability to You in respect of such sensitive personal data.
