Smartphone Plan definition

Smartphone Plan means an Etisalat instalment plan for a smartphone device which the Customer subscribes to as an ‘add-on’ to Etisalat’s mobile postpaid services for businesses (Business Ultimate; New Business Ultimate; Business Smartpay; or such other mobile postpaid service for businesses as Etisalat may include from time to time).

Smartphone Plan. If You purchased a SmartPhone Plan, in the event of a covered claim, We will furnish or pay for labor and/or parts required to repair the Failure of Your Product due to the following causes during the term of this Service Agreement: o Accidental damage from handling (“ADH”), such as damage from drops, spills, and liquid damage associated with the handling and use of Your Product; o Normal wear and tear; o Defective battery; provided such battery is the original rechargeable unit supplied by the manufacturer of Your Product with Your initial purchase. Battery replacement: You are limited to one (1) battery replacement during the term of this Service Agreement. o Damaged or defective buttons or connectivity ports located on Your Product, if such damage or defect impacts the functionality of Your Product. Cosmetic Damage is not covered under this Service Agreement. o Defective pixels when there are at least three (3) defective pixels throughout the display area on the screen of Your Product; o Dust, internal overheating, internal humidity/condensation; or o Defects in materials or workmanship. o Non-original manufacturer’s parts of like kind and quality may be used if the original manufacturer’s parts are unavailable. In lieu of repairing the Product, We reserve the right, at Our sole discretion, to replace Your Product with a new, rebuilt or refurbished product of equal or similar features and functionality, though not necessarily same brand, or reimburse You for replacement of the Product. Replacement is limited to one (1) Product that includes the International Manufacturer’s Equipment Identification (IMEI), the Electronic Serial Number (ESN) or the Mobile Equipment ID (MEID) of the wireless Product. Accessories that are not integral to the function of Your Product will NOT be provided with Your replacement Product. Should the replacement model differ from the original, a home charger will also be provided to You. In the event a replacement Product is not available in the same color as Your original Product, a different color model will be provided to You. If Your Product is replaced, We will have no further obligation to repair or replace Your Product and You will not be entitled to make any further claims under this Service Agreement.

Smartphone Plan. For a covered Claim, after You provide payment for Your required Deductible (as confirmed above) via credit card, We will provide You a Replacement in advance of Our receipt of Your defective original Product. IN EXCHANGE, THE DEFECTIVE PRODUCT MUST BE RETURNED TO US WITHIN TEN (10) CALENDAR DAYS OF CONFIRMED DELIVERY RECEIPT OF THE REPLACEMENT PRODUCT. If the defective Product is not returned to Us within ten (10) calendar days of confirmed delivery receipt of the Replacement Product, You will be assessed a non-returned device fee equal to the MSRP of the Replacement Product; which will be charged to Your credit card on file. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REPLACE A DEFECTIVE ORIGINAL PRODUCT WITH A NEW, REBUILT OR REFURBISHED ITEM OF EQUAL OR SIMILAR FEATURES AND FUNCTIONALITY, WHICH MAY NOT BE THE SAME MODEL OR COLOR AS THE PREVIOUS COVERED PRODUCT. This Contract also provides a “NO LEMON GUARANTEE”. During the Term, if Your Product has three (3) Repairs covered under Your Contract for the same problem and a fourth (4th) Repair is required for the same problem and considered covered under Your Contract (“Qualifying Service Repairs”), We will Replace Your Product with one of like kind and quality, but not necessarily same brand, or, at Our sole discretion, provide You with reimbursement equal to the fair market value of the Product as determined by Us based upon the age of the Product and subject to the “LIMIT OF LIABILITY” section. Any Repair services performed while Your Product is under its manufacturer’s warranty period or in relation to accidental damage from handling (if purchased/applicable) are not considered to be Qualifying Service Repairs under this benefit.

Examples of Smartphone Plan in a sentence

  • AT&T will provide Participant a one-time $100 activation credit for any new CRU activation that activates Service on any 2- year CRU Service Commitment Term with a corresponding FirstNet Smartphone Plan with a monthly reoccurring charge of $39.00 per month or greater.

  • Etisalat Upgrade Any Time Program is a service that entitles eligible Customers who have subscribed to a Smartphone Plan with an Old Smartphone to upgrade to a New Smartphone in accordance with the terms of this Agreement (the “Service”).

  • In order to be eligible for the Service, the Customer must have subscribed to the Smartphone Plan with a device purchased from Etisalat on instalment period, which Smartphone the Customer subscribed to as an “add-on to Etisalat mobile post-paid service.

  • This feature can only be added to lines activated on the following plan(s): Custom 4G Verizon Unlimited Smartphone Plan for Public Sector (PP 23655) & 4G/5G Custom Verizon Wireless Unlimited Smartphone Plan for Public Sector (61576).
