Smartchem or “Resulting Company” means Smartchem Technologies Limited, an unlisted public company limited by shares, incorporated on 21st January, 1987 under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 and having its registered oOce at Sai Hira, Survey No. 93, Mundhwa, Pune, Maharashtra – 411036. Pursuant to the issue of the certi cate of registration of regional director order for change of state by the Registrar of Companies, Pune, dated August 17, 2016, the registered oOce of Smartchem has changed from the State of Andhra Pradesh to the State of Maharashtra;
