Smart TV definition

Smart TV means any of Defendants’ televisions or monitors that have the ability to connect to the internet.
Smart TV is the Product-type characterized by at least the following

  • A device (e.g., STB, Thin Client STB, Smart TV, Mobile Phone, Tablet, PC, etc.) that can receive video content over a Home Network Interface.
