Smart System definition

Smart System means the software and hardware infrastructure owned, operated and hosted by School Management and Record Tracking, Inc. (“SMART” or the “Company”) through which Customer and Users may access and utilize the software applications set forth on the Master Application Service Provider Agreement.
Smart System is highlighted as a means to use technology to manage consumption and indirectly manages to reduce operational cost and improve efficiency.
