Smart Services definition
Smart Services means the access, procurement, disposal, sale, purchase, subscription, lease, rental or consultation or other use of Materials, and all other types of services or functions typically available from the Internet, offered by us or by third parties through Applications.
Smart Services means the services or functions available via the Internet, offered by us or by third parties, through the operating system or Applications on the Device.
Smart Services means system and services provided by SAIC OIMT as listed in Exhibit A

The provision of Digital Services and any use of the data obtained from such Smart Services (as described more fully in subsection (f), below, the “Data”) is subject to and governed by these Terms and Conditions.
You may not use any Smart Services in a manner that has not been expressly authorized herein.
All Smart Services are provided solely for your personal use in connection with your use of the Device.
Pursuant to the terms of these Terms and Conditions, the Company will provide certain services (the “Smart Services”) as more fully described in the Sales Agreement and certain remote access services as described in subsection (c), below (the “Remote Access Services” and collectively with the Smart Services, the “Digital Services”).
USE OF THE SMART SERVICES Smart Services are intended for use by persons sixteen (16) years of age or older.
If you are not sixteen (16) years of age or older, you must have a parent or guardian’s approval prior to using the Smart Services.
Any use of any Smart Services by any individuals not of such age shall be considered a violation of this ▇▇▇▇.
The use of any portion of the Smart Services is restricted solely to personal use and no other uses are permitted.
Smart Services may be provided locally subject to local laws and regulations and, depending on your residence, location and network availability, the types and levels of the Smart Services available may be limited.

Smart Services means all the types of services or functions typically available from the Internet, offered by us or by third parties on behalf of us, through Application to connect, administrate your Device, including turn on/off, diagnose Device failure, setting your favorite Device mode or running schedule, etc.
