Smart Serve definition

Smart Serve means the certification program for responsible service training to all individuals who serve alcohol beverages or who work where alcohol beverages are served in the Province of Ontario.‌
Smart Serve means the Smart Serve training program provided by Smart Serve Ontario for the responsible alcohol beverage service training of staff and volunteers. The Smart Serve Program is the only program recognized by the AGCO and approved by this Policy. See https://smartserve.ca/ for more information.
Smart Serve means the Smart Serve training program offered by Smart Serve Ontario (https://www.smartserve.ca) which is designed to train staff and volunteers who work in areas where alcohol is sold and/or served, such as in bars, restaurants, banquet halls and other public facilities. The Smart Serve Program is the only server training program that is recognized by the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario and approved by this policy.

  • The Renter must ensure all alcohol servers are Smart Serve certified.

  • If alcohol is going to be consumed at the Castleton Town Hall a Special Occasion Permit (S.O.P.) must be obtained from the LCBO, it is the renter’s responsibility to obtain the permit; the Township of Cramahe will require a copy of the S.O.P., insurance, and copies of your bartender(s) Smart Serve Certificate five days prior to the event.

  • Support Services the support services, as described in the Support Services Description, that We provide to You in respect of the Cloud Service.
