Smart Hands Services. Services that are defined as Smart Hand Services under the then current Policies. Sublicensed Space: The portion of the Licensed Space sublicensed to a Sublicensee by Customer pursuant to the terms of this Agreement. Sublicensee: A customer of Customer or other third party who sublicenses all or part of the Licensed Space from Customer. Taxes: Sales, use, transfer, privilege, excuse, VAT, GST, consumption tax, and other similar taxes and duties, whether foreign, national, state or local, however designated, now in force or enacted in the future, which are leveled or imposed by reason of the performance by Equinix or Customer under this Agreement or by Customer with respect to its operations and use of the Services, but excluding taxes on Equinix’s net income.
Smart Hands Services means Subcontractor’s receipt and staging of State of Michigan deliveries, ad hoc Product purchasing and staging, ad hoc Product installations, ad hoc access for State of Michigan approved vendors, and visual confirmations of error and failure conditions within the DTMB Operating Environment.
