Aurizon Network’s Access Undertaking definition

Aurizon Network’s Access Undertaking means the access undertaking submitted by Aurizon Network to the Queensland Competition Authority and approved by the Queensland Competition Authority under the Queensland Competition Authority Act 1997 (Qld) from time to time;

  • Adjustment Charges will be applied as approved by the QCA, from time to time, and as determined, in accordance with Aurizon Network’s Access Undertaking[, subject to also potentially being payable pursuant to clause 2.3(g)(iv) of this Agreement].

  • Integrated Services Digital Network (ISDN) means a switched network service that provides end-to-end digital connectivity for the simultaneous transmission of voice and data. Basic Rate Interface-ISDN (BRI-ISDN) provides for a digital transmission of two (2) 64 Kbps bearer channels and one (1) 16 Kbps data channel (2B+D).

  • Wireless infrastructure provider means any person, including a person authorized to provide telecommunications service in the state, that builds or installs transmission equipment, wireless facilities, or wireless support structures, but that is not a wireless services provider.

  • Custom Local Area Signaling Service Features (CLASS) means certain call-management service features that are currently available from SBC-13STATE’s local networks. These could include: Automatic Call Back; Automatic Recall; Call Trace; Caller Identification and related blocking features; Calling Number Delivery; Customer Originated Trace; Distinctive Ringing/Call Waiting; Selective Call Forward; and Selective Call Rejection.
