Small Workshop definition

Small Workshop means a building (or a portion of a building) with 8,000 or fewer square feet of gross leasable area constructed or undergoing a change of use to become a craft shop, fabrication shop, or a metal working shop. Small workshops may also sell items produced on site. Similar uses in buildings greater than 8,000 square feet meet the definition of “Manufacturing, all other forms not specially listed”.

Related to Small Workshop

  • Workshop means any premises (including the precincts thereof) wherein any industrial process is carried on, but does not include any premises to which the provisions of section 67 of the Factories Act, 1948 (63 of 1948), for the time being, apply.

  • Sheltered workshop means a work-oriented rehabilitative facility with a controlled working

  • Small wireless facility means a wireless facility that meets both of the following qualifications:

  • Digital audio-visual work means a series of related images which, when shown in succession, imparts an impression of motion, together with accompanying sounds, if any.

  • Construction Phase Services means the coordination, implementation and execution of the Work required by this Agreement, which are further defined in Article 8.
