Small Wares definition

Small Wares means items including, but not limited to, plates, crockery, cutlery, cups/mugs, trays, serving utensils, serving containers and lids, pots, pans, cooking utensils, storage racks, food racks and cleaning devices. Additionally, it includes all equipment with a unit dollar value of or less including, but not limited to, toasters, microwaves, coffee/drink dispensing machines, chafing dishes and soup warmers;
Small Wares has the meaning set out in Schedule 21 [Services Protocols and Specifications]; “SOP” has the meaning set out in Appendix 21D [Food and Dining Services];
Small Wares means any item included, but not limited to serving utensils, gram scales, scoops, small ladles, tongs, dippers, spoons, knives, and trays used in the preparation, display and service of food.

  • At the commencement of this Agreement, HONEYWELL TETERBORO and HOST AMERICA jointly shall inventory all Small Wares owned by HONEYWELL TETERBORO and shall agree as to required inventory levels of Small Wares as described herein.

  • HONEYWELL TETERBORO at its sole expense shall maintain required Small Wares inventory levels, providing replacements when needed.

  • Small Wares: Users will provide their own towels, cooking items, pans, small wares and other special items necessary to their specific production needs.
