small tract definition
small tract means a tract of land comprising two acres or less. Where contiguous tracts of two acres or less are owned in common, as for example common ownership of contiguous lots created by platting, each tract is nevertheless a small tract within this definition;
small tract means that certain tract of land consisting of 19.842 acres, located in the James Coulter Survey, Abstract 214, Harris County, Texas, which is more particularly described on Exhibit “B” attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
